Cally has a passion for analysing data and her decision making is based on facts enabling the team to make informed decisions on spend. She has the ability to spot an opportunity and drives plans and strategies forward with energy and passion ensuring fast results.
Outside of work Cally is a firm believer in “giving back” and her love of adventure and travel is the perfect fit for her position as Executive Director of the Dental Mavericks. She helps empower ground teams in Morocco and Lebanon to provide vital dental treatment and oral hygiene programmes in impoverished communities.
Mike has over 13 years’ experience in dental marketing. He has been accredited by both Google and Facebook.Mike’s relationship with our clients start with the initial planning and construction of their Lead Generation Website. The website wireframe is designed in collaboration with the client and once the new website has been created, Mike will then begin goal setting and developing marketing strategies to increase new patient flow to your business. In addition Mike focuses heavily on data and analysis. On a weekly basis he reviews the performance of each digital advertising client, ensuring that benchmarks and goals are reached.
Mike was awarded “Highly Commended” in the ‘Dental Industry Employee of The Year’ category in 2020.
Vicki has worked with Connect since 2011 and with over 30 years’ experience in customer services and hospitality, and 20 years’ experience in team management, Vicki is the ideal person to hold your hand through our onboarding process.
Think of her as your concierge, she is here to help you connect with the team at Connect. She’ll be your first point of contact, on hand to answer any questions that you might have and to ultimately build trust so that you feel comfortable working with us, Vicki will make this process stress free from start to finish.
Susan has spent 25 years in the Service Management and Customer Services profession, which means that she is the perfect person to coach, develop and train your team, focussing on improving client service and helping you to lead your team, as well as helping you to convert more leads in your practice.Susan has developed, written, and delivered training courses to hundreds of lawyers, IT professionals and dental teams. Whilst managing large service delivery focused teams, Susan has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help deal with any challenges. In her role as Account Manager UK, Susan will be your first point of contact to answer any questions that you may have, building strong relationships with you and your team.
Jay is an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in data-driven marketing. With her advanced knowledge of social media analytics tools and techniques, Jay is able to identify trends, track performance, and make decisions that drive results for her clients helping them connect with their audience and build brand awareness.In addition to her role as Social Media Manager, Jay also holds the role as Account Manager. She bring her extensive knowledge and experience to help businesses succeed in the online world. She understands the importance of building strong relationships with clients to provide them with the best possible experience.
Abby is our Content Creation Manager. She creates new designs, edits any content we receive, creates and edits reels and videos and puts all this content onto social media! She is always looking for new social media trends to implement into your social media accounts and always staying on top with any new changes to algorithms.Outside of work she is a content creator and has accounts on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram which helps her always be up to date on any news or changes in social media. Abby takes care of your social media accounts as if they were her own because she understands what it’s like to run an account that represents you or your business.
Stacey has a strong customer service and organisational background, having worked for a rental management company for 19 years, dealing mainly with customers and owners of the properties.
Predominately resolving problems and organising everything that comes with property management. Stacey’s main responsibilities is the management of the office, ensuring the office environment is maintained and the team have the resources that they need to perform their daily roles and dealing with general administrative tasks.
Stacey also works alongside Susan as part of the Call Conversion Boost product identifying calls that have been made by patients to the dental practices, scoring and reporting on the performance of the reception team.
Danny is the newest member of the team and is our data and content analyst. With over 14 years administrative experience he knows his way around an office extremely well, not only that but he has a highly analytical mind which comes in handy when looking at and dealing with complex data.
Over the years he’s worked for local councils in the UK, dealing with over 20 million pounds worth of grant funding as well working with young people, organising events and maintaining young people’s centers.
Danny is a passionate person in all aspects of life, he’s a strong believer in teamwork and appreciates a good working environment.
Karen is our editor and copywriter.
Karen initially trained as a journalist and after qualifying she landed a job working on weekly newspapers for several years covering the exciting high drama to be found at town council meetings and flower shows.
After a few years out travelling she joined the world of B2B publications and for the last 25 years has been writing about various subjects, from gambling to glamping.
Sam has lived in various places in her life, including Spain, London, Brussels and upstate New York. She has held a variety of jobs including working in the buying department of Emporio Armani, radio presenter, filming and editing commercials teaching English as a second language and head of education in a zoo.
