We are very proud to pick up this award. We spend a lot of time working on new ideas and concepts to keep our clients Instagram and Facebook accounts fresh and relevant to their target audience.
We made the decision to avoid using standard core values. We instead sat down as a team and chose values that we all felt represented who we are as individuals, our work ethic and how we want the company to be perceived. Each day in our morning huddles we focus on one core value as a team, discussing how we feel we have lived by that value in the past week. This ensures that we never lose focus of what is important to us and our clients.
The emphasis we place on data and results is something that we feel makes us different. You see we measure everything that is relevant. We don’t spend our time focusing on metrics that look impressive but in reality, tell you very little. We instead concentrate on information that will hold us both accountable.
