As an Account Manager, Jay also builds lasting client relationships, ensuring a seamless and insightful experience. Her collaborative approach empowers clients to feel confident in their social media strategy, helping them meet and exceed their objectives.

Outside of work, Jay is passionate about creating a supportive environment for her family. Jay is a firm believer in the power of community, often contributing her time to causes close to her heart, including dental charities and local outreach initiatives.
At home, Jay enjoys life with her partner, Dom, and their two sons, James and Xavier.
Inspired by James’s journey with a severe anaphylactic peanut allergy, Jay runs an allergy awareness social media page to increase understanding worldwide. Through this platform, she authored a children’s book and an allergy journal to help families track reactions and better manage treatment.
Downtime to Jay means beach days, hikes, and drinks with friends.
