With over 25 years of experience in Service Management, Customer Service and Leadership, Susan is a seasoned leader renowned for coaching, developing, and training teams to achieve exceptional client service. Her role as Business Operations Manager is critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the business’s operations.  Susan specialises in empowering professionals to build stronger client relationships, leads with confidence, and successfully converts leads into measurable growth for their practices.

Throughout her career, Susan has demonstrated exceptional leadership, managing large service delivery teams and fostering environments where individuals and organisations thrive. Her hands-on approach ensures her teams are well-equipped to tackle challenges and deliver high-performance results. Additionally, Susan has designed, written, and delivered training programs to hundreds of professionals, including lawyers, IT specialists, and dental teams, ensuring they excel in their respective fields.

As an Account Manager for our UK clients, Susan serves as the first point of contact for her clients, focusing on building strong partnerships and providing expert guidance. Her leadership acumen and industry expertise make her an invaluable asset to teams aiming to elevate their client service standards and operational excellence.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending quality time with her partner, Chris. At home, Susan enjoys and takes pride in helping Chris with the house renovations, adding her finishing touches to transform their living space. Susan enjoys the peace and tranquillity of the wonderful landscape and nature around the area that they live in and enjoys time at the beach, October being her favourite month.

Together they have a beloved cat called Lucy, who found them after she had been abandoned some 8 years ago, and she adds warmth and charm to their home.

Susan enjoys travelling back to the UK to spend time with her family and friends whenever possible.
