Before joining Connect, John served with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office at the British Consulate in Malaga. In this dynamic and high-pressure environment, he supported distressed British nationals facing challenging situations worldwide. This role honed his ability to remain calm under pressure, quickly adapt to changing circumstances, and provide effective solutions with professionalism and empathy.

Now an Account Manager at Connect, John manages a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. He also leads the Front of House Call Conversion training, equipping teams with strategies to optimise their call handling and improve conversion rates. Additionally, John meticulously reviews client calls, offering actionable insights to enhance performance and drive results.

Outside of work, John is always on the move, embracing an active lifestyle and exploring the great outdoors with his energetic dog in tow. A natural adventurer, he thrives on pushing boundaries and stepping out of his comfort zone. From completing half marathons to conquering ultra-marathon distances, John is constantly seeking new challenges to test his limits.

In addition to his passion for fitness, John is a dedicated entrepreneur. For the past 17 years, he and his wife have successfully operated a thriving local shop, combining business acumen with community spirit to create a lasting impact.
